Sgambaro's welcomes and invites you to visit the products we offer. Atlantic Cold Smoked Salmon (Lox), Gravlax, Salmon Sausage, Salmon Pate with Lemon Pepper Crust, Salmon Jerky, and Three Mustard Dill Sauce. Also, when in season, we offer a Wild Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon.
In addition, chef Roberto Sgambaro has started to add some other specialty items to the product list. Imported from Italy White Anchovies, White Balsamic Vinegar, and 10 to 12 year-old Aged Balsamic with the consistency of a syrup.
