For the avid Salmon Fisherman from Edmonton that travels to the west coast!
BRING US YOUR FRESH CATCH!

Bring us your fresh caught Salmon and we can custom (Cold) smoke it using our signature process. We prefer you bring it to us in a fresh state, but we can also work with a frozen Salmon as well. We start the process on a Monday and by noon Friday you can pick up your custom smoked Salmon. Packaged to your liking, we offer sliced or whole chunks in the size of your choice. Great for giving to your friends and family members.

PRICING:

$4.00 per pound in weight.
$1.00 per vacuum pack bag.
$1.00 per gold board. (If you want your Lox sliced)
*We have to put the Lox on a board to slide it into the vacuum pac bag.*

At Sgambaro’s we also offer custom packaging of your catch! We can fillet,
de-bone and portion your fresh caught Salmon to your specifications and we will vacuum seal it for ideal future preservation. We offer this service for other fish as well, such as: Halibut, Ling Cod, Etc.

Please note: We have a minimum weight charge policy, you can bring us less than 10lbs but you will be charged for 10lbs. All prices subject to GST.
