We also offer our Atlantic and Wild Sockeye Salmon in a fresh state. Primarily in a vacuum sealed, skin-on boneless fillet.

All of our culinary creations are available here at the St. Albert Farmers’ Market and this is the only market we attend. On most Saturdays you can find Chef Sgambaro present at our booth. Come by to say hello and meet him in person. He will gladly answer any of your questions.
