Package includes the following:
- A chef in uniform to carve the lox in front of your guests for up to 90 mins
- Each side of salmon will weigh between 1.2kg to 1.4kg and will serve between 12 to 14 people
- Three types of fresh bread (pumpernickel, rye and French baguette) along with butter
