Shipping Process
All orders received before 5:00 pm MST (Sunday to Wednesday) will be processed and shipped the following day via Canada Post Priority Shipping. We do not ship products overnight on Fridays or Saturdays to keep shipping costs down and to ensure you get your products overnight.

Shipping & Handling Fee
Please note: There is a $5 Shipping & Handling Fee that covers the cost of the styrofoam box(es) your order will be shipped in as well as the ice packs necessary to ensure freshness.

Delivery
All of our fresh products will be shipped via Canada Post.
Please note: There is no shipping service on weekends.

Curbside Pickup
To place a curbside order for pick up, please call 780-457-8227 or email your order in to rob.sgambaro@telus.net.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you with the amount and schedule a convenient pick up time.

Packaging
All shipments will be delivered in styrofoam boxes packed with gel ice packs for preservation.

Returns

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, should there be any concern with your order. Full refunds are available, but the full order must be shipped back to us in the original packaging including the gel ice packs. Your complete satisfaction is important to us.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipment costs, once product is received, the full purchase price will be refunded.
